:: BEARSDEN BED & BREAKFAST . SHOTOVER RD. QUEENSTOWN ::

A couple of months ago I photographed a fab new bed and breakfast set in the rural heart of Queenstown. The owners/hosts of Bearsden Bed and Breakfast Margie and Ned have created a very warm and welcoming place for tourists to stop and stay. It was a real pleasure to photograph as Margie has put a lot of thought in to the decor, including items from their travels and their love of the outdoors (particularly skiing)!

we said  our “I do’s”!

I never thought I could love him more, care for him more and enjoy being with him more than I did on this day a year ago.

The start of 2010 has of course come with a few New Year resolutions – both personal and business-wise! {mmmm personal ones include shop more, eat less & go organic!!!  I know I will do at least one .}.

On the business-front one of the areas I am focusing on is to grow our STELLAR* brand :: blog, facebook, magazine features, etcetera. So today I was over the moon when I got the heads-up from down-under, talent-spotter extraordinaire and interior stylist Julia Atkinson that she was featuring Stellar Photography on her popular blog StudioHomeCreative. This blog is worth a daily check as Julia has her finger on the pulse of all things desirable from this side of the world.

Yahoo 2010!

I hope the christmas holidays have been a celebration of family, friends and a wee few pressies for everyone!

Here at Stellar, Nick and I celebrated the season in style – caravan + Catlins + sun = happy . And then welcomed in the New Year with the stunning wedding of Sydney-based couple Charmaine and Andrew.

What a way to end the old and start the new – congrats to our newly weds, we you wish a fab honeymoon!

We are off to Dunedin today to shoot the wedding of Jill and Jacob on Friday. Can’t wait!
